PPT

Very simple question - how do you align the text in bullet point in ppt.

Whenever I do it the second line of a bullet goes to the start of the line rather than identing with the bullet

RE: PPT

The simplest way to resolve this is to hover the mouse over the first bullet that is indenting properly until it turns into a cross then click. That whole line should be selected

With that line selected you can copy its formatting by going to the Home Ribbon and from the Clipboard group select the format painter icon it looks like a paintbrush.

The mouse pointer will turn into a paintbrush once you have selected the format painter. Now you need to click on the second line to apply the format.

Now the indenting should be sorted. Any problems please don't hesitate to respond.

PowerPoint tip:

Doodling on your active slides

To add a little graphic interest during a presentation, switch on the Pen with Ctrl+P. Now your mouse can be used to draw on the slide. Ctrl+E switches on the Eraser to rub things out, and Ctrl+A brings back the Arrow.

At the end of the presentation you have the option to save or discard any un-erased doodlings.
