Time management

Hi, at our course , we discussed using a daily timesheet, which I think was a google resource, but I can't remember where/how to find it.....thanks

RE: time management

Hi Nina

Thank you for your question. In fact the examples we saw crom from Excel templates that you can download directly from Microsoft. They make a great starting schedule that you might then adjust to suit your needs.

For example there is a time log template here
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/CT010117277.aspx #pg:2|ai:TC030003873|

and another 24 hour time log
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/results.aspx?qu=time +log&origin=CT010117277#ai:TC030004758|

You can find more online at microsoft.com in their Excel templates section dedication to calendars
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/CT010117277.aspx

I hope these links help. Let me know how you get on.

Kind regards,

Andrew

Management Training tip:

Task List or To Do List

Don't confuse yourself with too many tasks on a to do list. The Task List is all the things that require attention, whether by you or others, now or later. The To Do list is your immediate daily plan, and is a subset of your Task List.

Keep your To Do list to no more than 5 major items.
