Calendar control

Hello.

I want to use a calendar input on a user form. When I try to find 'calendar control 12' under additional controls, it isnt there, despite having the 2007 microsoft excel.

Do you know how I can get that?

Many thanks,

Tom

RE: calendar control

Hi Tom

Thanks for your question.

The calendar control should be installed as a standard microsoft object. I believe that sometimes it can be missing if there has been a limited installation of Office. The first thing to do is to check with your IT people and ask for a full installation of Office.

If this doesn't solve the problem, please follow up on this post so we can look at other options.

Regards

Stephen

RE: calendar control

Thanks, Stephen.

It is actually my home IT, and the 'Office Home & Student 2007' disk is fully installed (by me!!).

Do you know another way?

Regards,

Tom

Excel tip:

Convert a column into row quickly in Excel 2010

Occasionally you might enter data into Excel vertically and then when you finish realize that actually it would look more clearer if it was represented in a horizontal format. If you follow these simple steps below, you can quickly change the data from going vertically to horizontally and vice versa.

First, select the column you want to convert into a row or a row into a column. Then right click and select Copy. Go to the sheet where you want to past this row as a column and select “Paste Special”. Remember to check the check-box “Transpose” and select “OK”.
