Powerpoint: Customising icons
For some reason when i try and modify an icon, the 'modify selection' option is greyed out ?? What do I need to check? , also can companies apply security setting to things like this so that we can't play to much?
Thanks
RE: Powerpoint: Customising icons
Hi Lorna,
Thank you for your question.
The first thing is to open the Customise box from the Tools menu.
Select the icon you want to edit on the toolbar and then click Modify Selection.
Currently I am not aware of any security settings that stops people from customising buttons. Saying that, there may be a way IT departments can set that protection.
I will do some research and If I find anything I will email you again.
Sorry I can't offer you any other answer.
Regards
Simon

PowerPoint tip:Removing custom dictionary entriesIf you add something to the custom dictionary in powerpoint you cannot remove it. The way to get around this is to go into word and remove it there. |
