I would like to know how you create headings that follow the page. so when you scroll down to the bottom you can still see what the headings of the colmns are.

This feature in Excel is called Freeze Panes
It can be applied to both rows or columns.

After launching Excel, select the row or the Column immediately after the row/Column(header) you wish to freeze , click on the Ribbon and select view tab
From the window group select Freeze pane
If you wish to remove the freeze pane click again on the Ribbon, select View tab and from the window group click on Freeze panes button and select from the drop down unfreeze Panes

Kind Regards

Lena

Excel tip:

Sorting data stored in rows

Primarily Excel is set up to sort data that is stored in columns rather than rows.

It is possible to get Excel to sort data stored in rows however.

Click in the row you want to sort, or select the cells in the rows you wish to sort.

Go to Data - Sort, then go to the Options button in the bottom left corner of the Sort dialogue box.
