can you have two cell fields eg first name, surname in the pivot table

Thank you for your question. This should work where there is a one to one mapping between the fields. An employee number column and name column for example. You should be able to add these to the data row area without Excel grouping the data.

Excel tip:

Display Formulas Instead of Results in Excel 2010

By pressing Ctrl ~ once, Excel will display formulas rather than the results of the formulas. Press it again, and the results will appear again.

A much quicker and simpler way of displaying your formulas!
