Simply select the data you want to sort, then click the A-Z or Z-A button on the toolbar.
You can also access more detailed options under the Menu bar by clicking DATA, then SORT.

They remain exactly the same:
Ctrl+B for bold
Ctrl+I for italics
Ctrl+P to Print
Ctrl+S to Save
