How do you change fonts in PowerPoint?

RE: PowerPoint

Greg,

Hope you enjoyed your Powerpoint training course yesterday.

Best to have the formatting toolbar on, which contains a font drop down box.

To turn on the formatting toolbar, go to View -> Toolbars -> Formatting.

Then select your text and use the font drop-down box to change the font. The fonts listed will be the fonts installed in windows. You can download other fonts from a wide range of web sites, but keep in mind that the computer you show your powerpoint slideshow on will also need to have the font installed.

Another way to change font is select the text, go to Format -> Font... for a dialogue box to appear with many more options.

Change the font on your master slide first to use the same font throughout your slideshow.

Hope this helps.

Regards, Rich
