How do I automate the re-sizing of multipe images

RE: Image sizes

Hello Samantha

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

You could record a macro, which will resize a picture to the dimensions you wish to use.

- Start the macro recorder - Tools/Macro/Record new macro
- Give the macro a name, without any spaces - click OK
- PowerPoint will now be recording what you are doing, so select a picture, right-click on it, select Format Picture and change the size (width and height) then click OK.
- To stop recording the macro - Tools/Macro/Stop recording.
- Try the macro out to see if it works - select another picture, then go to Tools/Macro/Macros, select the macro you recorded and click Run.

Kind regards
Amanda
