Project management
How often would you recommend that a project plan is reviewed?
RE: Project management
Hi Mike
Thank you for your question. It's hard to come up with one answer as many variables might inluence your choice.
Projects are often reviewed weekly, fortnightly or monthly as these units easily fit in with other processes in the organisation. Unfortunatly the longer the gap between reviews the harder it is to quickly spot when an activity is running into problems. It may take some experimenting and checking what was done on previous projects to find the best interval.
I hope this helps - do let us know if you have any further questions.
Kind regards,
Andrew

Management Training tip:Task List or To Do ListDon't confuse yourself with too many tasks on a to do list. The Task List is all the things that require attention, whether by you or others, now or later. The To Do list is your immediate daily plan, and is a subset of your Task List. |
