Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.
Do you mean how do you read other colleagues contacts and calendars?
If so, you need to open the Contact or Calendar folder and click either Share Contacts or Share Calendar.
Add the people from the address list and then selecting each person in turn, add the permissions by checking the appropriate boxes below.
Once you have permnission from someone else to view their folders, you click the 'Open Shared Conatcts or Calendar option'.
