Hide/Unhide

How to hide columns and rows and print only the unhidden ones.

RE: Hide/Unhide

Hi Matt, thanks for the query. Right click on the column/row headings that you want hidden and select the "Hide" option from the pop out menu. Those selected columns/row will fold up and should remain hidden on a print.

Hope this helps,

Anthony

Excel tip:

Cycling through Absoulte cell references

If you are working with formulas in excel and need to convert your formula to an absolute formula, instead on manually adding in the $dollar signs you can highlight the specific part of your formula and press the F4 key.

You can cycle through all the absolute options by pressing the button (up to four times)
