Hello Leila
Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.
Unfortunately the macro recorder has been removed from the 2007 version of PowerPoint (I'm unsure why!)
This now means that macros have to be written in the VB Editor in PowerPoint 2007, which requires you to know how to write VBA code.

PowerPoint tip:Showing all menu itemsIf you go into a pull down menu you usally find that you get a selection of items(this is the default) or sometimes everything. If you only get a selectiopn you have to go to the double arrows at the bottom of the menu and click it to get all of the hidden items. |
