RE: provide more information on short cut keys

Hello Adebisi

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

In Excel 2007 you can bring up shortcut keys on your screen that will enable you to navigate between different parts of the Excel interface. These are called quick access keys. You can display the quick access keys by pressing the Alt key on your keyboard.

For keyboard shortcuts that perform actions for you (e.g. cutting, copying, pasting), you should be able to search for keyboard shortcuts in Excel Help, which should then allow you to view (and print, if you wish) a list of keyboard shortcuts.

Kind regards
Amanda

Excel tip:

Pivot table grouping

If you want to group items in a pivot table together, simply highlight the labels for the fields either with the shift key (if adjacent)or with the contral key if they are not next to each other.
Right click and choose group. Give the cell a name.

When you double click on this cell it will either expamd or collapse your grouped area
