Where are macros in 2007?

Thank you for your question.

There is no longer a macro recorder in PowerPoint 2007; in order to create macros in this version of PowerPoint, you need to write them in VBA code.

Change an AutoShape to a different shape quickly

Having drawn and formatted an AutoShape, you can quickly change the existing shape to a different one while still preserving the formatting changes you made. Follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the shape you want to change (to select it).
2. Click on the Draw button on the drawing toolbar.
3. Select Change AutoShape.
4. Click on the AutoShape that you wish to change the existing shape into.
