Printing large workbooks

How do I print a large workbook so that the data on each printed page is linked and doesnt split over 2 pages?

RE: Printing large workbooks

Hello Carole
Thank you for your question

Open the document and go to File, Page set up. On the Page tab is a scaling section where there is an option to Fit the entire sheet to 1 page in height and width. Before you print anything, go to file, Print Preview to see how it will look. Beware that if your spreadsheet contains masses of data then the size of the font will be reduced to fit it on the page.

If this resolves your question, please mark it as resolved. If not, please reply with more information.

Kind regards
Cress

Excel tip:

Rotating Text in an Excel 2010 Worksheet

Maybe you want to draw attention to certain text or you just simply want to make your worksheet look more exciting!

One of the things you might consider is, rotating the text in a particular cell or set of cells.

1) Select a cell you would like to rotate
2) Click the ''Home'' tab in the Ribbon
3) Click ''orientation'' in the ''Alignment'' section
4) A pop up menu will appear with a few choices, if you want to decide yourself how many degrees to rotate the text, then click ''Format Cell Alignment.''
