Printing without the hidden slides

Is it possible to print a presentation and not print the slides which have been hidden?

RE: printing without the hidden slides

Dear Kate

Thank you for attending PowerPoint courses !! I hope you enjoyed the courses and benefited from them.

Normally when you access the print dialog box for a presentation that has any hidden slides you will notice that above the OK and cancel buttons on the right hand side there will be an option that is checked by default called print hidden slides.

Simply uncheck this option and it will ensure that the hidden slides will not get printed!

Please note that if you don't have any hidden slides in your presentation then this option is deactivated!

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards

PowerPoint tip:

Use Format Painter to copy formatting to multiple pieces of text

The format painter tool provides a quick and easy way to copy formatting from one piece of text to another in PowerPoint.

The only problem is that if you click the Format Painter once to turn it on, you can only click and drag over a single piece of text; then the Format Painter turns itself off automatically.

If you want to copy formatting to more than one piece of text, double-click the Format Painter - this way you will be able to copy formatting to multiple pieces of text.

When you have finished using Format Painter, press the Esc key or click on the Format Painter button once to turn it off.
