Outlook

When I send a contact via email to someone, the attachment opens as a blank without the details - why would this be?

RE: Outlook

Dear Victoria

Thank you for attending PowerPoint Inter/Adv course! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

I am not sure what process you follow to send your Contact/s to other people in your organisation.

The best way to send the contact is as a .vcf (VCard) file so that people can save the contacts in their contacts.

In Outlook 2007 the best way to do this is by inserting as Business Cards. If you need help with this please let me know and I should be able to assist you. It is very similar as sending a file as attachment but all you are doing is choosing Business Card on the Insert Tab on the Ribbon.

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards
