Are passwords protection formats the same as in excel?

RE: Powerpoint

Dear Ben

Thank you for attending PowerPoint Inter/Adv course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

In Excel you have to got Save as Dialogue box and then from the tools you have select general options and then assign your password to open the workbook and to modify the workbook!!

You can do the same in PowerPoint or you can see the link below which provides you with alternative method!!

To assign password to open and modify PowerPoint presentation please refer to the following link:

http://www.microsoft.com/protect/yourself/password/ppt.mspx

The following link tells you how you can assign a effective alphanumeric password:

http://www.microsoft.com/protect/yourself/password/create.mspx

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards

PowerPoint tip:

Doodling on your active slides

To add a little graphic interest during a presentation, switch on the Pen with Ctrl+P. Now your mouse can be used to draw on the slide. Ctrl+E switches on the Eraser to rub things out, and Ctrl+A brings back the Arrow.

At the end of the presentation you have the option to save or discard any un-erased doodlings.
