Dear Best Training,

Please could you tell me if it is possible to create a read receipt which will not give the reader the chance to give a yes/no response?

Thank you for attending Excel courses!! I hope you enjoyed the courses and benefited from them!

Unfortunately it is only possible to do that for Delivery Receipt but not Read Receipt.

The Read Receipt is sent by the email client and the Delivery receipt is sent by the server.

It is up to the recipient to accept or reject sending you the response. The only way you can prove is by showing that you did receive a delivery receipt.
