Powerpoint 2007

Please follow these steps:

1. Open the presentation where you want to insert the sound file.

2. Click on the slide the sound file needs to be inserted.

3. On the Ribbon choose the Insert Tab. In the Media Clips group click on the Sound icon.

4. Please note that PPT doesn't support all the videos or sound clips so to see the compatible formats please refer to the following link:
