Pivot Tables

What are they?

RE: Pivot Tables

Hello Ann

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

A pivot table is used to display data normally stored in columns (i.e. an Excel list or database), in a table or matrix format. It makes the data more flexible as it can be displayed in multiple ways.

For a bit of further information on pivot tables, please see

Kind regards
Amanda
