How to add smart art?

RE: PowerPoint2007

Dear Krystyna

Thank you for attending Upgrade to Office 2007 course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

There are two ways you can add SmartArts in PowerPoint 2007. You can Insert a new slide with Title and Content and then click the button for the SmartArt (This is the Green arrow pointing to the right hand side with a picture of bullets).

From the available categories you choose the SmartArt style that best suits the data you trying to represent. Press OK.

You will notice a Smart Art Contextualized Tab where you can apply many special effects to your contextualized tab.

The second method is simply creating a New Slide with Title Only layout and then to insert the SmartArt you simply click on the Insert Tab on the Ribbon and then choose SmartArt and carry out the steps as mentioned above.

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards

Microsoft Office tip:

Automated backup with Recovery Pane.

If you ever have a serious error with Office 2003, there is a backup of the work that appears in the Recovery Pane when the application stats up again. You can choose to delete or save the files so that you can spend more time on creating documents, not recreating them.
