how do save down

RE: word

Dear Louise

Thank you for attending Upgrade To Office 2007 course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

I am not sure what you mean by Save down. If you mean how to save a document then you choose the Office button and either choose Save if you want to save all the changes made since you last updated the file or you can choose Save As and choose the appropriate type of File you want to save your Word document.

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards

Microsoft Office tip:

Copying From Websites

If you find some interesting text on a website that you wish to use and adapt in your wordprocessor or other package, highlight and copy in the normal way first.

When you paste though, use the Paste Special option to insert as unformatted text. That cuts out all the fancy formatting and hyperlinks that may be embedded.
