how can you create a formula to show increasing expenditure and decreasing fund available on annual budget spreadsheet

Would it be possible to send more information? It would be helpful to know what columns you have so we know what to base the formula on. If you could give an example, perhaps with exactly what you want to show then that would be great

Excel tip:

Using basic functions without doing formulas

When you highlight figures Autocalc tells you the total in the bottom right of the screen, but if you right click on the sum it will give you some basic functions. The functions are Min, Max, Average, Sum, Count, and Count Nums.
