Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

In Excel 2007, you can change security settings relating to the running of macros by going to the Office button, then Excel Options, select Trust Centre on the left hand side, then click the Trust Centre Settings button. Use the Macros Settings options to change the settings for when macros run.
