How do I make changes to a template & then save it as my own?

Hello Nikki

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

To change and save a template, open the template file using File - Open. Then resave the file as a .xlt file with a different file name, and make the required changes, save and close.

Using basic functions without doing formulas

When you highlight figures Autocalc tells you the total in the bottom right of the screen, but if you right click on the sum it will give you some basic functions. The functions are Min, Max, Average, Sum, Count, and Count Nums.
