Importing Data
How can someone that is not on my network send me a copy of their contact list in a format I can import to my contacts?
RE: Importing Data
Hi Jo
Thanks for you post - sorry for not getting back to you sooner
This request is one i have been asked before and the answer is this - what the user will need to do is export the contacts to a file such as an Excel file then save their file and then send it to you either on CD if the file is very large or by E-Mail
All you do when you get the file is save it on your hard drive - then Import the file into your contacts
PS: make sure you match the fields through the importing process if you need help doing this just reply to this post
If this posting has helped in answering your query then I would request you to mark the posting as Resolved. If, however, it hasn
