Macros

if a macro is recorded incorrectly, would you suggest deleting and re-doing or ammending the existing one using the view window?

Thanks for the post hope you enjoyed the training

If you record a macro wrongly what you do will depend on how long it took you to record if it was less than 10-15 mins then easier to delete and start again - if the macro was longer than that then you may want to try fixing it through Visual Basic

Word tip:

Edit text in Print Preview

If you go into print preview and click on the page you will zoom into the text. If you need to make changes and don't want to come out of print preview, then deselect the magnifer (sencond button in -next to the print button)and click on the document. You will now be able to type and edit the document.
