Incoming mail dates

Our inbox mail shows dates/times or day/times. Why? and how do I get one constant? Day without date is no good. Please help.

RE: incoming mail dates

Hi Priti,

To change the format of your dates simply put your cursor on the top of the column heading and right click, then go to Format columns, you will get a dialog box appear. Under the section Format there is a drop down arrow where you can change the format of your dates.

Good luck

Tracy
