Hi Luisa,
Creating a custom list in Excel can either be undertaken by typing the items directly or extracting the information from a pre-created column of data.
Go to Tools>Options, from the tabs choose Custom Lists and in the list entries box type your items separated by a comma, if you wish to use a pre-created list click the Import list from cells box and select (highlight) the required information in your worksheet, click the Import button and your items will be displayed in the List entries box. click OK and you will be able to use the list at any time (using the Fill button or the Edit>Fill commands...
