Could you use 'Tasks' as a basic form of project managment over a 6 month period?

You Could use tasks in outlook for basic project management but it wont be the best way to do this, i would recommend thinking of using Project to do this if you want to do this i could send you a couse outline for Project Intro

If you are going to use task for this i think you should be very specific with your tasks and make sure you keep a track of what is going on with your tasks especially the assigned tasks

Outlook tip:

Place Office Documents in Public Folders

To place an Office document in an Outlook Public folder:

1. Open the folder where the required document is held
2. Right click on the document
3. Click Copy
4. Open the target folder in Outlook Public Folders
5. Click in the folder
6. Press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V (Paste)

The document should now be available to all who have permissions to view that folder.
