Hi Priti,

One way of doing this would be to open Outlook, go into your File menu and choose "Import/export". You can choose the first option Export to a file, then decide what format you want your file to be, for example, if you need you file to be created as a Microsoft Excel file choose that option. It asks you to select a file so if you need you contacts pick that one, the last stage is where it asks you how you want to save the document.

Assign tasks quickly in Outlook

If you right-click on a task this will bring up a shortcut menu. Choose the Assign Task option, then enter the name of the person you wish to assign the task to in the To box.
