How do you create Macros?
RE:creating a macro
Hi Carol,
Thank you for your question.
In order to create a macro, go to Tools, Macro and Record New Macro. Type the name of the macro without using spaces and click OK to start recording. Run through the process to you wish to automate and when you have finished, click Stop on the Stop Recording toolbar.
I hope this answers your question.
Regards
Simon

PowerPoint tip:Multiple PresentationsYou can open as many presentations as your computer memory can handle, this is good for copying slides from one to another. To view all open presentations on screen, use the Window, Arrange All command. To scroll through all open windows one after another use the Ctrl+F6 command. |
