Inserting an excel graph into a powerpoint presentation
Hi Michelle,
A simple way to do this is to copy and paste the graph from excel into powerpoint using the Copy and Paste commands.
Alternatively, in Powerpoint, go to Insert -> Graph. This will bring up a graph type dialogue box and also a spreadsheet type datasheet. You can then paste in the appropriate data to create a graph.

PowerPoint tip:Run presentation manuallyIf you have saved slide timings but want to run the presentaion without the timings, choose Slide Show, Set Up Show command, and under Advance Slides, click on Manually. When you want the timings on again, select Using Timings, If present. |
