Exporting/Importing from Word

How can I import and export between excel and word?

RE: Exporting/Importing from Word

Jyoti,

To answer your question:

To import from Excel to Word:

1. In Word, display the Database toolbar. View - Toolbars - Database.

2. Click on the Insert Database button (hover your mouse pointer over the buttons to find it)

3. Click on Get Data.

4. Look for the Excel file that you wish to import, then select the worksheet that you wish to import.

5. Click on Insert Data

Word to Excel

Simply Copy from Word and Paste in Excel (or use Paste Special).

I hope this answers your question. If it doesn't please get back to me.

Thank you

Greg
