How to create a template email?

RE: Outlook

Hi Celine

Thank you for your question.

You can create a template email by doing the following:

1. Start a new message and type out the email you wish to save as a template.
2. Click the Save button. This saves the email into your Drafts folder.
3. Open the Drafts folder and click on the email once to select it.
4. Go to File - Save as.
5. Change the Save as type box to Outlook Template and enter a file name for your template, then navigate to where you want to save it.
6. When you want to use the template, navigate to where it is saved on your computer, and double-click it to start a new message from the template. Note you will need to have Outlook open when you do this.

Outlook tip:

Selected different days in the calendar

This works best in the 1 day view and is using the date Navigator.

If you want to view more than 1 day but they are not back to back hold down the CTRL key and click the days you want to see. This gives you the days you want but with the feel of the 5 day view. You can also use Shift to selected between 2 dates.
