On a template such as an invoice for example, how would I get my unit price column to automatically update in accordance with a separate itemised price list when a item number or name is inserted in the preceeding column?

Hi Peter
You need to set up a VLOOKUP function on the template which looks up the value in the preceding column down the left column of the price list and returns the relevant price shown in the price list.
If you don't know the VLOOKUP function, use the insert function button for help and guidance.
