How do voting buttons work

How are you doing how is it going with office 2007, sorry i haven't got back to you sooner

When you create a mail message, from the ribbons locate voting buttons and choose one you want. When finished the message and sent it off the person the other end
will get a chance to reply to the mess using these buttons this will allow you to keep a track of who voted and what they voted

If you find some interesting text on a website that you wish to use and adapt in your wordprocessor or other package, highlight and copy in the normal way first.

When you paste though, use the Paste Special option to insert as unformatted text. That cuts out all the fancy formatting and hyperlinks that may be embedded.
