How are you doing, sorry i haven't got back to you sooner

as for you question to get hold of a list all functions this would be found by going to the insert menu and click on function, then from the drop down catergory list click all. Then click on the function in the list and then read the discription if still unsure click the help on this function at the bottom left of the window then read the info that comes up

Autosum is used frequently in Excel. As with almost every feature of Excel, there are more ways than one to use each feature. Below is the simplest way to use the Autosum feature.

1) Go to the bottom of the column of data.

2) Shortcut click in the column then Ctrl + down arrow

3) Use Alt + = for Autosum and press the enter key to complete.
