How do i summarise a large worksheet?

Hi Abimbola,

Thank you for your question.

You can use the Subtotals tool to summarise a large worksheet.

Sort your data by one of the column headings. Then go to Data, then subtotals. Choose the field you sorted by, then select the function you want and finally the field you want to subtotal.

Excel tip:

Manually wrapping text

To manually wrap text, use the shortcut key Alt+Enter.

To cancel manual text wrapping, simply delete the new line.
