How do I make private appointments

RE: Microsoft Outlook

Hi Milton

How are you today, im sorry for not getting back to you sooner

But better late than never, now to make an appointment private all you do is either open the appointment or edit the app then on the bottom righthand corner there is a tick box for private

when you do this no one else will be able to view the appointment all there will see is time allocated to something but they wont know what

Hope this helps
