Printing

How do make a spreadsheet fit a whole page when printing - the fit to one page option is pretty useless for this - its as though i need to stretch horizontally down but keep the same width?

RE: Printing

Hi Paul

Thank you for your question; and welcome to the forum.

Perhaps if you try using the Adjust to settings under Scaling in Page Setup this might give you better results?

Here you can adjust the zoom so you can fit more or less on one page.

I hope this helps.
Amanda

Excel tip:

Hide separate columns in Excel 2010

If you want to hide columns not adjacent to each other for example, Columns A, C and E then:-

1) Click on the fist column to be hidden i.e. A

2) Press and hold down the CTRL key

3) While holding the CTRL key, left click on the rest of the columns you want to hide i.e. C and E

4) Right click and choose Hide
