I want to compare final accepted document with the final marked up copy

Thank you for your question; and welcome to the forum.

If you want to have a final (accepted) document and compare it with the final marked up copy of the document, I would suggest saving two copies of the document - one where you can see the results of using track changes; and the other copy where the track changes and comments have all been removed (final copy).

You can use the Compare feature in Word to compare the documents with each other (Review tab - Compare). See the following link for explanation:

Or you can simply view the documents side by side (View tab - Side by Side).
