Is there any way we can point our suppliers/customers who are still using Office 2003 to be able to review Office 2007 files (without the need to "save as 97-2003" file type?)
Yes. Direct them to the Microsoft website - they can download a free converter which will allow them to do this.

If you add something to the custom dictionary in Excel you cannot remove it. The way to get around this is to go into word and remove it there.
