How can I ensure that all boxes in my process flows & organistaional charts are the same size?

Thank you for your question.
If you wish to make all the process shapes (for example) the same size, then I would suggest the following:
1. Select one of the process shapes that is the size you wish to make all the other process shapes. Note the width and height of the shape in the status bar (grey area) at the bottom of the page.
2. Select all the other process shapes in the diagram (click on one, hold down Shift while you click on all the others).
3. Go to View - Size and Position window.
4. Type in the width and height that you want to apply to all the selected process shapes. Once you enter the measurements all the selected shapes should change size.
