how do you add the apostrophe for the year???

RE: charts

Hello Jean-Phillipe,
I hope you enjoyed your Excel training sessions with us.

To answer your question, you must format the axis where you would like the apostrophe. In the formatting dialog box, find the "Number" tab. Use a custom format, and you can add the apostrophe. For example, if you would like the date as Jan '08, your format would appear as:

mmm 'yy

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved. If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. And please feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

Have a great day.

Regards,
Mara
