PowerPoint

To print handouts with two, three or four slides per page, PowerPoint naturally shrinks each slide on the page to make the pages fit. If I want to print out a handout with 4 slides on each page, can I enlarge each slide for easy reading.
If I click on: File, hand-out
click on 4 slides
click on: Scale to Fit Paper
Preview (to check what it will look like)

This is not large enough. Does PowerPoint have the facility to enlarge each slide even more ?

RE: PowerPoint

Hi Christa,
Thank you for the post, In answer to your question - have you changed the page setup up for Notes, handouts and outline to landscape, this is the only way to get four slides on a single page to be larger, if you have then there is no other way. I hope that helped, best regards Pete

PowerPoint tip:

Slide numbers in PowerPoint

Slide numbers can be applied in PowerPoint by going to View-Header and footer, then ticking the slide number box.

You can also choose the Don't show on title slide option so that slide numbers do not show on any title layout slides in the presentation.

If this option is ticked and the first slide is a title layout slide, this will mean slide 2 will be numbered as 2 rather than 1.

To change this and start slide numbering at 1 on the second slide, go to File - Page Setup and change the Number slide from: option to 0. Click OK.
