The question you are asking has been asked before, thank you for asking this
The answer is, firstly from within Excel go to the file menu and click on new (office 2003) then from the right hand side of your screen on the task pane, click on my computer
secondly when you get to the new window you will see the general tab and the spreadsheet solutions tab.
You will find the most of them in the spreadsheet solutions tab these are the build in templates
