It might have been useful to have a pre course assessment as individuals views of their needs/ skills are very subjective - just a few quick questions perhaps?

Or perhaps a brief overview of what each heading is (and its possible applications?) when delegates are deciding what course or topics are appropriate - It was clear yesterday that there was some confusion as to what some topics where, and what they thought was one topic was actually something completely different. so for example 'Conditional formatting is .......and can be used for .........'"
